I don't sell you another app. I build the system that connects the ones you already have.
Operations, not slideware. I use AI to build the system, not just recommend one.
ALVIN BELT · FOUNDER
“Every business runs on people, workflows, and technology working together, or not. My job is to find where that breaks, and build the thing that fixes it.”
The journey
Two decades building the logic. Now building it with AI.
I started in a warehouse stockroom in 2005. Two decades and four companies later, spanning consumer beauty devices, precision electronics manufacturing, and medical equipment, I'd worked every level between the floor and the leadership table, learning the systems that ran each business: inventory, CRM, production tracking, ERP, whatever the operation depended on. Every industry had nothing in common except one thing: somebody had to close the gap between the people, the process, and the technology. That was always my job, long before AI had anything to do with it.
I joined a multi-brand consumer products company as Director of Operations, focused on the fundamentals: process, accountability, the operating cadence that makes a business legible. When I was promoted to Vice President, still running a nine-platform e-commerce operation with one stretched-thin team, AI entered the picture, not as a pitch but as a way to accelerate what already needed to happen. I connected inventory, purchasing, quality, and reporting across all nine platforms into one AI-assisted skill system, rebuilt the source-of-truth discipline so every platform pointed back to the same real numbers, and turned the weekly business review into an actual control tower instead of a status meeting. Turnover fell as the chaos did, and the business has kept growing since, without adding headcount to keep pace with it. The tools changed. The job never did.
“The method didn't change. What changed was what became possible to build, and what it cost to run.”
So I built one for myself. No employer's budget behind it, no team, just BSI OS, an AI operating system that runs this practice today: the diagnostics, the editorial, the follow-ups, all of it.
Then I did it again from day one, on a new venture with my cousin, Naturalee Curlee, proof the method travels to a fresh business, not just a retrofit of a broken one. Three systems, running in parallel, right now. Bring me yours.
