A natural hair and body-care venture mapped its operating architecture and put a custom PLM in place before scaling the rest of the execution layer.
25skills mapped across five operating systems plus a shared foundation, with 12 cross-system handoffs defined before build.
Situation
Inventory, purchase orders, and formula records were all tracked by hand, with 30+ ingredients unaudited past expiry.
Approach
A venture-level AIOS foundation was established, a 25-skill architecture was mapped with clear ownership and handoffs, and a custom PLM was deployed from the brand's prior product data. The remaining execution skills are still an active build backlog.
